We have a new event in Matagorda! Actually, it is an event that has occurred for years, but rolled into the Boil Blast. Since the Boil Blast cancelled, we still wanted to have a festival! All vendors are welcome—including not-for-profit organizations.
Hours are 11 am to 5 pm.
There will be a Fajita Cookoff.
This is a Margarita Contest.
There is a Cornhole Contest.
There will be a Fall Pumpkin Patch.
There will be a parade!
We would like to have vendors also. The booth price is $30 (no charge for a registered not-for-profit organization). There is no electricity available.
Availability is on a first come, first serve basis. Register early to guarantee your space. Each space is 12 feet wide and 12 feet deep. You must provide your own table(s) and chair(s). We also suggest you bring along a canopy since our Festival is outdoors and continues rain or shine. We will work with you, upon receipt of your payment, for your booth placement. Please expect a call from Teri Treadway or Sue Milberger. We will do our best to place you where you want to be.
RSVP no later than Monday, October 23rd. Please complete this form and return your payment. For questions please contact the Chamber phone at 979-479-3712 or Cattails phone 979-863-7737 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. You can start set up at 9:00 A.M. the day of the event and be prepared to complete your set-up by 10:30 A.M. Teardown will be no sooner than 5:00 P.M.
There is not a place for you to park your cars in the vendor area. If your trailer is the booth—that is fine—but you must unhitch and part your car elsewhere.
